Construction is underway at Poplin, our latest project in Bridgeland Riverside and the sixth we've built in the community.

Poplin will add 378 homes and ground-floor amenities just steps from the CTrain, in one of Calgary's most established transit-oriented neighbourhoods. Six projects in, we know this community well — its streets, its rhythm, and what makes it work for the people who live here.

Leading the charge on site is superintendent Erin Grinde, supported by our construction team and the trade partners we've assembled intentionally over years of work in Bridgeland Riverside. Those relationships are part of why we're able to build here with confidence.
