If you are still in the new home warranty period please contact our customer care team who is happy to work with you to address any questions or issues that arise.

First Impressions

Your first look at your new home is an exciting milestone. We typically schedule this initial reveal two weeks prior to your completion/occupancy date. During this appointment you will meet with our Customer Service team to review the systems, features, and function of the home. We also take this opportunity to note any deficiencies still outstanding. This gives us time to address these items prior to your key release.

Getting to Know Your New Home

Once the home is officially yours, you will meet with our customer service team to collect your keys and review the status of items noted during the initial inspection. We also take this opportunity to orientate you to your new home and community.

Peace of Mind

Our commitment to quality doesn't end with the completion of your home. Every Bucci home is protected by a third-party 2-5-10 new home warranty, ensuring that your investment is safeguarded against any unforeseen issues.

This warranty provides you with peace of mind, knowing that your home is constructed according to Bucci's high standards, as well as the standards outlined by the New Home Warranty specifications of each province. Bucci is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service ensuring your investment is protected for years to come.
